Local artist Colleen New Holy does it all. From drawing to writing, Colleen is a multi-faceted creative. Primarily, she enjoys beading, sewing, and spending time perfecting her craft. An Oglala Lakota Artist who resides in Lincoln Nebraska, Colleen grew up on the Pine Ridge Reservation. The artist has learned quite a lot about Indigenous artworks and focus on Beadwork and Starquilts as the chosen medium, and wishes to spread the joy of Indigenous Art to the world!
