Don’t miss out on the Fun
Don’t miss out on the fun.
We’ve been isolated from friends, family, fun and the arts for more than a year. The Lincoln Arts Festival is your chance to reconnect with others in a safe, friendly outdoor environment while nourishing your soul in a way only the arts can. Reconnect with your community. Reconnect with Arts. Your soul needs it!
New Location, New Dates
The 20th Lincoln Arts Festival is moving to Canopy Street & the Railyard in Lincoln’s historic Haymarket, the city’s entertainment destination! This year’s Festival is a creative celebration and exploration of the arts. The two-day event showcases 90+ artists from around the country, new and emerging local artists and makers, live performances, art demonstrations, interactive art activities for the whole family, and even some unexpected, spontaneous happenings.
A Weekend for the Whole Family!
Activities for children and artists demonstrations will be happening all weekend long! Bring your friends and family out for a weekend of fun!
The Lincoln Arts Festival is inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to all artists and art enthusiasts, and a place for artists and creators to use their voices to make positive changes in our community.
Artists, Artists, and more Artists
It’s about the Art! Our festivals provide a venue for talented artists to sell their original art to art enthusiasts while offering patrons the opportunity to meet the artist, explore their work, commission a new piece of art, or purchase existing works. The Festival features nearly 90 artists from across the country working in a variety of mediums including clay, drawing, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed-media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and wood. Learn more about our artists here.
The Festival is also a celebration of our local talent. Every year the Lincoln Arts Festival features a variety of seasoned and emerging artists from right here in Lincoln and the surrounding area. Come check out your local favorites or meet Lincoln’s emerging talent at our Emerging Artist area featuring four artists new to the Festival world. Learn more about our artists here.
For the first time ever, the Festival will feature a local Makers Market in partnership with the South of Downtown Community Development Organization. The Makers Market is the spot to discover and shop from creative entrepreneurs in the Everett Neighborhood, Near South Neighborhood and their surrounding areas of Lincoln, NE. Learn more about our makers here.
In addition to providing 90+ visual artists and makers a space to showcase their works and wares, the Festival also presents free performances by local artists and performers. Scheduled performances by local musicians, dancers, and other performers will be augmented by other spontaneous performances throughout the Festival. Check out our partners and the schedule here.
